I would like to give you a nice review of your product but I need to receive it first. I have not received any updates beyond “order processed by shipper” on November 22nd. I thought that I would receive the items before Christmas since the office address is in Tampa, FL and the LLC address is in Lewis, DE. However, since a Yanwen tracking number was created, I guess these Christmas tree toppers will be for next year. I don’t have an issue with items being shipped from other countries but having a US address is a bit misleading. I will update my review once I receive the items I paid for almost a month ago. FYI, I ordered November 19th. Today is December 14th

I never received this item, tracking looks like it never shipped. I have tried emailing but getting no response, please help!
